At AquaTru, we want you to be completely satisfied with your water purification system. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the return shipping address.
Package Your System
Carefully pack your AquaTru unit and all components in the original packaging to ensure the item is protected from damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or your own shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
